42 Candidates Selected for Prime Delica Group’s Employment Program

Hai Phong Company Organizes Recruitment Exam for Prime Delica Japan Interns

On September 10-11, 2018, Hai Phong Company organized a recruitment exam for interns to work at Prime Delica Group, Japan. This is the fifth time Prime Delica has conducted recruitment for interns at Hai Phong. The program received great attention from applicants and the company’s partners alike.

Prime Delica is a major Japanese corporation operating in the food production and processing industry. The group has five branches across Japan, employing 8,000 foreign workers, of which over 1,500 are Vietnamese.

At exactly 7:00 AM on September 10 and 11, 2018, the candidates on the recruitment list gathered at Hai Phong’s Ho Chi Minh City branch at 502 Do Xuan Hop Street, Phuoc Binh Ward, District 9. A total of 85 candidates from various provinces across the country participated in the exam. Through Skype interviews, candidates underwent sections including self-introduction and situational responses posed by the recruitment panel.

After two days of exams, the Prime Delica recruitment panel highly praised the candidates’ performance.

Mr. Tahara, Chairman of the Tahara Kokusai Union and a member of the recruitment panel, shared:
“Through four recruitment sessions over the past two years, with the help of Hai Phong., JSC, we have selected many outstanding interns to join the production lines at Prime Delica in Japan. The candidates in this session performed very well and confidently. Some of them left a strong impression on me. We entrust the successful candidates to Hai Phong., JSC for Japanese language training and preparation for their work attitude and discipline.”

Huynh Thi Ngoc Tuyen, born in 1991 and a graduate in Office Management from Binh Thanh Community College, shared her story. After graduation, she worked in her hometown, but her father passed away shortly after. Coming from a family of three siblings, Tuyen decided to move to Saigon to support her family financially. She worked at an advertising company with a monthly salary of 8 million VND. After learning about Hai Phong and the program from the company’s consultants, the 27-year-old confidently signed up for the recruitment exam.
Tuyen shared:
“I hope this opportunity will help me realize my dreams and support my family during this difficult time.”

Despite her radiant smile, Tuyen carries many untold burdens.

After two continuous days of exams, Prime Delica Group announced the list of 42 outstanding successful candidates. Those who were less fortunate will return home to rest and prepare for future recruitment programs.
