Celebrating Vietnam’s Teacher Day 20-11, Hai Phong Radio organizes a cover contest for all students, alumni of Hai Phong Language Center and students of Japanese – IT Department.

The contest is an opportunity to send to your beloved teachers your deep thoughts and feelings on Teacher Day. At the same time, promoting your creativity and passion for art through emotional, lovely songs for your teachers on Vietnam Teacher Day 20-11, 2019. Through the competition, the relationship between teachers and students is connected, while improving the teachers and students sense of responsibility in the school, so that every day to go to school for both teachers and students is a happy day.

CONTEST RULES

How to participate: You come up with lyrics based on an existing beat and record your own performance of the song.

Subjects: Contest songs must show at least one of the following contents and topics:

• Praise teachers for their mentoring

• Hai Phong School and the class you belong to

• Dong Du Moi program, what is special about this traineeship program

• Learning environment in Hai Phong, what is special about Hai Phong’s culture and people

• Expressing dreams, aspirations for dedication, building the future as well as the strong development of Hai Phong in the future.

Time for submission: October 10 – November 19, 2019

Prizes: The works selected to be broadcasted on Hai Phong Radio will receive a gift worth 300,000 VND

Who can participate?

• All Hai Phong trainees who have been working in Japan, students studying at Hai Phong Language Center in the North – Central – South and students of Japanese – IT Department can participate in this contest.

• You can choose whether you want to participate as an individual or a group.

How to deliver submisison:

• Submission must contain the following information: Name of the individual / group participating, the name of the newly renamed song, class (if studying in Hai Phong), contact phone number.

• Recording of contest song cover. Submissions should be saved to Mp3 file format no more than 25Mb.

• Submissions are sent to email: radio@haiphongjsc.com.vn

Important things to remember:

• You are solely responsible for the copyright content of your submissions.

• The song must be consistent with Vietnamese customs and traditions, not mentioning sensitive issues or breaking the law. Any post that does not match, the Organizing Committee will send a notice and automatically remove from the competition.

• The works participating in the program will be used by the Organizing Committee for communication purposes on channels of Hai Phong Jsc such as Youtube, Website, and Fanpage.

Students of Hai Phong Language Center, Central Branch had a memorable week with students from Nagano Industrial Vocational College of Japan.

The program took place for one week, from 12 – 18 September, 2019. Each year, Nagano Industrial Vocational College organizes exchange program with students of Hai Phong Language Center. This is the third consecutive year Nagano Industrial Vocational College visiting Hai Phong Language Center, Central Branch.

Throughout the week, students of Hai Phong Language Center experienced Japanese lectures, conversations, cultural exchanges, and many outdoor activities such as Japanese dancing, shuttlecock kicking, games playing… with students of Nagano Industrial Vocational College.

 “We all enjoyed it when students from Nagano Industrial Vocational College visited and organized exchange activity throughout the past week. They are friendly, sociable, and their speaking is easy to listen. Close to us, so when we were saying goodbye, it was really emotional. We were also taught to dance to Japanese dances. Very interesting”.

The program has left many good impressions. It is an opportunity for students of the two universities to exchange and learn more about the culture, country and people of each other. At the same time, this is an opportunity to connect strangers from two countries and exchange great memories.

Independence day 2/9 – the day Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence and gave birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam with independence, democracy, and autonomy. The history and meaning of September 2 is the heroic history of the nation, engraved in the minds of every Vietnamese. Joining the atmosphere of the whole country, Hai Phong Language Center has organized a friendly competition to celebrate 74 years of Independence Day on September 2. The event is organized every year to create a healthy and rewarding playground, improve the spirit of sport, physical training and solidarity of students from the North, Central, and South.

From August 30 to September 2, the tug of war contest was held at Hai Phong Language Centers in the North, Central and South, with the participation of nearly 1,000 students. In the past few days, the atmosphere has been extremely exciting and solidarity has been brought up high, leaving behind this year contest with many successes and memories.

True to the nature of competition, matches proceeded in the spirit of sport: exciting and competitive. After each match, there were shared laughter and friendly handshakes between each team. In each round, teams tried their best, brought about beautiful moments. There are prizes for boys and girls in each region. Specifically, the results are as follows:
