Hai Phong was in project team of Hanoi City Yen Xa Sewerage System Project. We were authorized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to support the organization of regular workshops on implementation of Technical Assistance Project "Establishment of Training and Consultancy Center for Drainage and Sewerage Treatment in Vietnam” in provinces across the country and workshops on underground works in universities in Vietnam.
